220/110/35 kV Substation "Boryslav"
In 2021–2022, General Energy supplied modern high-voltage equipment for a 35 kV open switchgear (OS), as well as relay protection, automation, and remote monitoring systems for 110 kV and 220 kV OS. The supply was made to the ASPMK-519 company (Kazakhstan), which is implementing a substation reconstruction project commissioned by NPP Ukrenergo.
The reconstruction is part of a comprehensive substation automation program that includes updating equipment, implementing modern switchgear schemes, installing automated process control systems (APCS), and increasing the efficiency and reliability of electricity transmission.
The project delivered:
- 35 kV switchgear: OVB-VBF 40.25.32 vacuum circuit breakers, TRO 73.11 current transformers, TJO 7 voltage transformers.
- RZiA and monitoring: RPV311 multifunctional recorders, RA33 data acquisition modules, CB Watch 3 systems for 110 kV and 220 kV circuit breakers, S20 industrial control switches and devices H49 redundancy.
Thanks to this project, the Boryslav substation received a modern infrastructure with the possibility of remote control and monitoring, which meets international standards of reliability and safety.
