35/6 kV Substation PGV-32, SE "Kalush CHP-NOVA"

In 2021, General Energy supplied high-voltage equipment for an outdoor switchgear (VRP-35 kV) and switchgear (RP-35 kV) manufactured by ABB. The supply was made to ZPUE Ukraine LLC, which was performing a contract with Karpatnaftochim LLC.

The project was part of the new construction of a 35 kV power line from Kalush TPP-NOVA to the 35/6 kV deep input substation PGV-32 of Karpatnaftochim LLC. Its implementation was aimed at improving the energy supply of the enterprise and increasing the reliability of power supply for technological processes.

The delivery included:
- 35 kV OVB-VBF 40.25.32 vacuum circuit breakers — 2 pcs.;
- 35 kV TRO 75.11 current transformers — 3 pcs.;
- 35 kV TRU 75.51 current transformers — 3 pcs.;
- 35 kV TJO 7 voltage transformers — 3 pcs.;
- 35 kV TJP 7.1 voltage transformers — 3 pcs.;
- REU615 voltage protection device — 1 pc.

The introduction of this equipment has ensured stable operation of the new line, optimized power transmission processes, and created a power reserve for further development of production facilities. The equipment complies with international standards and is designed for uninterrupted operation in industrial conditions with high loads.
